Cancellations Conditions
( Prior to an order being shipped (Before a tracking number has been generated)
If you would like to make a cancellation or request a refund, you can send an email with the subject (Order xxxxx request for cancellation) to our support Team (contact@ojotrend.com). Please have the full name and email address used to place the order.

- After an order has shipped out (After a tracking number has been generated).
Cancellations can not be made after an order has been shipped out. If you would like to request a refund, Please refer to the no-excuse return/refund policy.
No-Excuse Return/Refund Policy
- You can initiate a return for a refund at any time within 17 days of receiving the items (according to the logistic information), and we do not charge any handling fees.
- Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
- We only accept returned items that you send back directly after checking with us first.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges. (If the product is faulty, we will be responsible for shipping charges.)
Quality problems(ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) of the product are found, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective item. We can replace it or refund after checking.
Return/Refund Process
Please send an email with the subject (Return/Refund Requested for order xxxxx) to contact@ojotrend.com first and we will write back to you as soon as possible.
Please tell us the details of your order in the email: Full name and email address used to place the order, and return/refund reason.(It's best to include photos that explain why, which helps us speed up the process.)
After we receive the return request email, we will send you the return address by email.
Please don't return the products according to the return address on the package, because we are unable to receive it at that place.
Place the item(s) in the original packing.
Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.
Please provide the tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.
After we receive the returned package, we will check if the package is intact and then will process the refund to your account within 3 business days by the return conditions.
